This release, I have done away with the date-folders and put them all
in their own folders.  This'll help with preventing mp3 filename
clashes, and also improve reliability in a poorly connected environment.

I also improved the reliability in disconnected situations in other
areas, and added download limits to the downloaders.

One more thing that I have to do: generate m3u lists for each day.  I
have a script to do that already, but not here.  Will send on when ready.
